Volker Seefeldt

Spokesman for the HTAG board and HTAG, delegate of the executive board of the subsidiary Oudkerk B.V., Rotterdam as well as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the neska.

Professional career

Volker Seefeldt was born in 1957. Having completed a commercial apprenticeship at the Stinnes Reederei AG and studied business economics (VWA), he has been working for HTAG Häfen und Transport AG, formerly Harpen Transport AG, since 1991.
Volker Seefeldt took over managerial responsibility for HTAG in 1995 and has been a member of the executive board since November 1999. He was made a full member of the executive board in 2002 and appointed Spokesman of the board in 2011. With effect from December 14, 2015 Volker Seefeldt was additionally appointed CEO of our associated company neska.

Association activities

Volker Seefeldt was member of the board of the AdB (Association of the German Inland Water Transportation Industry Employers) from 2003 to 2013 and AdB president from 2008 to 2013.  
Since April 2008, Volker Seefeldt has been on the board of the BDB (Federal Association of German Inland Water Transportation), for which he has been vice president since May 2013. In November 2015 he was elected for the first time as vice president at VBW (Verein für europäische Binnenschifffahrt und Wasserstraßen e.V.). Activities in the Transport Committee of the Chamber of Commerce round out his profile.

Joachim Holstein

Member of the HTAG board and managing director of Navigare Stauerei- und Speditions GmbH and MASSLOG GmbH. 

Professional career

Joachim Holstein was born in 1967. After a commercial apprenticeship at Stinnes Reederei AG, he completed his studies as a business economist (VWA). Joachim Holstein has been working for HTAG Häfen und Transport AG, formerly Harpen Transport AG, since 1992.

Joachim Holstein moved to the sales division in 1999, and in 2002 he was made business unit manager and was given procuration. He has been a member of the HTAG Häfen und Transport AG board since May 2011.

In addition, Joachim Holstein has been managing director of MASSLOG GmbH since May 2009 and managing director of Navigare Stauerei- und Speditions GmbH since April 2012.

Association activities

Joachim Holstein has been elected to the VBW (Verein für europäische Binnenschifffahrt und Wasserstraßen e.V.) Advisory Board in November 2015.
